Tiburon West is conveniently located off Highway 90 in Pace. Tiburon West is a community of 88 homes within walking distance of the Pace Public Library, S.S. Dixon Primary School, and Pace High school. Pace Fire Department and Sheriffs' substation is located right around the corner. Tiburon West is zoned for the following schools within the Santa Rosa County School District:

Association Dues
- Association Dues are $170 per year and payable by the 1st of January.
- A late fee of 10% on the outstanding balance will apply if not paid in full January 31st as well as interest at a rate of 1.5% per month retroactive to the due date.
