About Tiburon West
Tiburon West is conveniently located off Highway 90 in Pace. Tiburon West is a community of 88 homes within walking distance of the Pace Public Library, S.S. Dixon Primary School, and Pace High school. Pace Fire Department and Sheriffs' substation is located right around the corner. Tiburon West is zoned for the following schools within the Santa Rosa County School District:
Elementary School: S.S. Dixon Primary
Intermediate School: S.S. Dixon Intermediate
Middle School: Thomas L. Sims Middle School
High School: Pace High School

Association Dues
- Association Dues are $170 per year and payable by the 1st of January.
- A late fee of 10% on the outstanding balance will apply if not paid in full January 31st as well as interest at a rate of 1.5% per month retroactive to the due date.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Tiburon West HOA and mail to Tiburon West C/O Elite Pro Assocation Management, 3780 Highway 90, Pace, FL 32571.
- You may make a one time payment or set up auto pay with the online portal here (please call the office at 850-977-4175 for bill pay account number for your account if you do not have it)
