Association Dues
- Dues are $392.00 annually (January 1st) or can be paid $98.00 per quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, & October 1st).
- Interest at a rate of 1.5% per month retroactive to the due date will be applied if full payment is not received by the 30th of each month of the quarter.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Anderson Lane Estates HOA and mail to: Anderson Lane Estates HOA, C/O ElitePro Association Management #4705, PO Box 98517, Phoenix, AZ 85037-8517

- In person payments are accepted at 3780 Highway 90, Pace, FL 32571 (cash and card payments not accepted at this location)
