Association Dues
- Association Dues are $160 per year and payable by the 1st of March.
- A late fee of 10% and interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, retroactive to the due date, on outstanding balance will apply if not paid in full by March 30th.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Oak Leigh Place HOA and mail to Oak Leigh Place HOA C/O Elite Pro Assocation Management, 545 Brent Lane, Pensacola, FL 32503.
- You may make a one time payment or set up auto pay with the online portal here (please call the office at 850-977-4175 for bill pay account number for your account if you do not have it)
