Association Dues
- Dues are $104.75 quarterly and due on the 1st of each month in the quarter (January, April, July, and October).
- A late fee of $25 will apply if not paid in full by the 30th of each month the assessment is due as well as interest at a rate of 1.0% per month retroactive to the due date.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Hiawatha Preserve HOA and mail to: Hiawatha Preserve HOA, C/O ElitePro Association Management #4705, PO Box 98517, Phoenix, AZ 85037-8517
- Online payments can be made at propertypay.firstcitizens.com Management ID is 4705, Association ID is HIPR, account number may be found on portal or by calling 850-977-4175
- In person payments are accepted at 3780 Highway 90, Pace, FL 32571 (cash and card payments not accepted at this location)
