About Hawks Landing
Hawk’s Landing is a 177 Lot, 3 Phase community located in Santa Rosa County near Pace Mill Way and Chumuckla Hwy in Pace, FL 32571.
Homes were built by D.R. Horton featuring any of its three, four and five bedroom floor plans such as The Rhett, The Isabella, The Bailey, The Azalea and The Embry. Some of the larger homes such as The Azalea and The Embry are two story homes and that’s why these particular models are great option for larger size families. Hawk’s Landing is located at 3630 Hawk’s Landing, Pace, FL 32571. Hawks Landing is zoned for the following schools within the Santa Rosa County School District:

Association Dues
- Association Dues are $360 per year and payable by the 1st of January.
- Interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, retroactive to the due date, on outstanding balance will apply if not paid in full January 31st.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Hawks Landing HOA and mail to Hawks Landing C/O Elite Pro Assocation Management, 545 Brent Lane, Pensacola, FL 32503.
- You may make a one time payment or set up auto pay with the online portal here (please call the office at 850-977-4175 for bill pay account number for your account if you do not have it)
