Association Dues
- Association Dues are $250 per quarter and payable by the 1st day of the first month of each quarter (January, April, July & October)
- Interest at a rate of .5% monthly will apply to any unpaid balance 30 days after the due date(s) retroactive to the due date.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Hampton Chase HOA and mail to: Hampton Chase HOA, C/O ElitePro Association Management #4705, PO Box 98517, Phoenix, AZ 85037-8517
- Online payments can be made at propertypay.firstcitizens.com Management ID is 4705, Association ID is HAMP, account number may be found on portal or by calling 850-977-4175
- In person payments are accepted at 3780 Highway 90, Pace, FL 32571 (cash and card payments not accepted at this location)
