Association Dues
- Association Dues are $350 per year and payable by the 1st of January.
- A late fee of $25 or 5% (whichever is greater) on the outstanding balance will apply if not paid in full January 15th as well as interest at a rate of 1.5% per month retroactive to the due date.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Hampton Chase HOA and mail to Hampton Chase C/O Elite Pro Association Management, 3780 Highway 90, Pace, FL 32571.
