Association Dues
- Association Dues are $154.23 per quarter and payable in 4 installments each by the 1st of January, April, July, and October.
- A late fee of $25 or 5% (whichever is greater) on the outstanding balance will apply if not paid in full by the 15th of the first month in each quarter (January, April, July, and October) as well as interest at a rate of 1.5% per month retroactive to the due date.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Sutton Place HOA and mail to: Sutton Place HOA, C/O ElitePro Association Management #4705, PO Box 98517, Phoenix, AZ 85037-8517
- Online payments can be made at propertypay.firstcitizens.com Management ID is 4705, Association ID is SUTT, account number may be found on portal or by calling 850-977-4175
- In person payments are accepted at 3780 Highway 90, Pace, FL 32571 (cash and card payments not accepted at this location)
