Brigantine was developed in 2003 off of Bloodworth Lane in Pensacola. Brigantine is 88 condominium units with a private community pool for residents and their guests. It is located in the following school districts:

Middle School: J. H. Workman Middle School
High School: Booker T. Washington Senior High School

Association Dues
- Association Dues are $287.50 per month and payable by the 1st of each month.
- A late fee of $25 will apply if not paid in full by the 10th of each month as well as interest at a rate of 1.5% per month retroactive to the due date.
